These terms cover browsing this site, placing an order and what happens if something goes wrong. By ordering you accept them.
You are welcome to browse, compare and link to these pages. Automated copying of listings, images or text is not permitted, and we reserve the right to limit access where traffic is disruptive. Content may change without notice as stock moves.
An order is an offer to buy. Occasionally stock runs out between order and picking, in which case we contact you and refund the affected item rather than substituting it without asking. If an item has sold out between your order and picking, we will tell you and refund that line in full.
Prices are shown in US dollars and are the amount charged. Payment is taken through our payment provider; authorisation happens at checkout and the charge is completed when the parcel leaves. If a price was displayed in error we will contact you before charging anything.
We describe items as accurately as we can, including what they are made of. Small variation in finish and dye lot is normal in small-batch production. Where an item differs from its description, we treat it as our error and cover the return.
We are responsible for delivering what you ordered and for replacing or refunding it if we do not. Where a delay comes from a courier, a customs hold or weather, we cannot promise a date, but we will track the parcel and keep you informed.
We revise these terms from time to time, and the revision in force at the moment of your order is the one that governs it. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page rather than applied silently.
Responsibility for the parcel passes to you when it is delivered to the address you gave us, or when the carrier records a delivery such as a signed handover or a safe-place drop you asked for. Until that point, a parcel lost in transit is our problem, not yours.
Ownership of the items transfers when we have received payment in full, including any delivery charge. If a payment is later reversed, ownership returns to us and we may ask for the goods back.
You do not need an account to buy anything here; the checkout works as a guest. If you create one, keep the password to yourself, because activity under your credentials is treated as yours until you tell us they have been compromised.
Please do not copy the catalogue in bulk, resell our photographs, probe the checkout for weaknesses, or place orders you have no intention of paying for. We may suspend access and cancel unfulfilled orders where the site is being misused.
Linking to any page here is welcome, and you may quote a sentence or two with a credit and a link back. Anything larger — a whole description, a set of photographs, a copied page — requires our agreement in writing first.
Orders can be cancelled up to the moment they leave the warehouse. Once a parcel is on its way, the thirty-day return window takes over.
Complaints are answered by the person who can actually fix them. Most issues are settled with one reply; where they are not, the same thread is escalated to a supervisor rather than starting again from the beginning.
We contact you at the email address on the order, so keep it current. Write to the address in the footer for anything formal, and allow one business day for a reply.
