Messages sent on a business day are normally answered within one business day, and always within two. If your message needs a courier enquiry we will still reply straight away to confirm we have it, then follow up when the carrier responds.
You will find our registered company name, address and email in the footer. Correspondence about orders should go by email so it reaches the people who can actually act on it.
Wholesale is not something we do at present. Journalists and reviewers are welcome to write with a deadline and a request; we can usually supply specifications and images quickly.
The order number is the single most useful thing you can send, because it brings up the items, the address and the tracking in one step. If you are asking about an address change that has not taken effect yet, say so at the top; we read messages in order and an urgent line at the start gets handled first.
Where something has arrived damaged, send a wide shot and a close-up, plus a picture of the outer packaging if it was clearly mishandled. We do not ask for the item back before you have heard from us, so there is no need to return anything yet.
We aim to answer the same business day and treat the next as the deadline. Messages that arrive overnight or at the weekend queue for the next weekday morning, and where an answer depends on a carrier response we confirm receipt immediately and follow up when it arrives.
Send a follow-up in the same thread and it reaches whoever already has your details. If a reply has not arrived inside two business days, that is unusual and worth flagging to us directly.
You can write to the registered address printed in the footer for formal matters. Returns must go to the address we give you with a return reference, because the registered office cannot accept parcels.
For editorial requests, tell us the outlet, the deadline and the assets you need and we will send what exists. We can usually supply specifications and product images quickly. We do not run affiliate or wholesale programmes at present, so there is nothing to sign up for.
