The photographs, descriptions and page designs on this site belong to us or are used with permission.
Product photography, written descriptions, page layouts and the site's visual design are our property. Linking to us, or quoting a sentence or two with attribution, is fine. Copying listings or using our images in your own shop is not, and we do check.
You may browse, download pages for personal reference and print a listing for your own records. For reviews, one image per product with a link and a credit is acceptable.
Brand names and logos belonging to other companies appear on this site only where a product is compatible with them or where a payment method is named.
If you believe material on this site infringes a right you hold, write to our contact address with the page or image, the right you claim and evidence of ownership. Well-founded notices are actioned promptly, usually by removing or replacing the item while we investigate.
Reviews you write remain yours; by sending one you allow us to show it on the site and in our own promotion. Editing is limited to trimming length and removing anything abusive or unlawful — the opinion itself is left as you wrote it.
Photographs sent to us for a fault report or a sizing question are used only to answer that enquiry. We will ask separately, and in writing, before using any customer photograph on the site or on social media.
A useful notice names the page or image, describes the material, explains the right you believe is infringed and shows that you hold it. A link is more useful than a screenshot, because it tells us exactly which version you are looking at.
We acknowledge the notice, take the material down or replace it while we look into the claim, and tell you the outcome with reasons. If a notice turns out to be mistaken we restore the material and explain why.
Saving or printing a page for yourself is fine. That permission covers you reading and comparing, not republishing or running the content through a translation service to build another listing.
Editorial coverage is welcome: one image per item, a credit, and a link. Anything beyond that — a gallery, a sponsored feature, a print run — needs permission first, and requests are normally answered within a day.
Every photograph on a product page is of the item we have here, shot and edited by us. We do not licence catalogue images, and we do not use a manufacturer's shot as though it showed our own stock.
The copy on this site is original and specific to what we sell, which is why it does not read like the paragraphs that circulate between shops. A passage that clearly matches ours elsewhere is worth reporting to our contact address.
